This includes a vendor's room full of anime merchandise, an arcade, concerts, panels, special guests, and a multitude of other fun activities! Some special guest autographs, however, are an additional cost at the discretion of the guest. • Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? ---- The convention is open to all ages! However, the Rave is a 16+ event that requires Photo ID. Some 18+ events with more adult themes will require a Photo ID to get into as well. • Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? ---- You can bring your printed ticket to receive your badge, or you can provide us your name with Photo ID, the e-mail you used to make the order, or your confirmation number! • I made a typo. Can I update my registration information? ---- You can! Can I transfer my ticket to someone else? ---- You can! No tickets will be mailed prior to the event. • Can tickets be purchased at the door? ---- Yes, 3-Day and Friday, Saturday, or Sunday badges may be purchased at the door at Walk-In pricing (see above). • What's the refund policy? ---- Currently we do not offer refunds.
